  4. I just got a SAVA 500 given to me but its missing the cable to connect the two towers and I can get it to work. Is not having that cable the problem??? I also need a remote for it or can I use a universal one?? If anyone knows you can email me at

    1. sorry i meant to say I cant get the system to sound comes out of any of the speakers..any help would be greatly appreciated.

      1. Hi Wolf,
If you don’t have any sound comes out from the main tower, It is likely the system fried, but try this first
        1- hook it up
2- select the right input (far left button)
3- increase to volume (the far right button)
if you get some sound then there maybe a problem with the cables

      2. The cable only carries audio signal from the LH to the RH. The unit should power on and have audio through the LH side without the cable.

  5. does anyone have the 4 pin cables for the sa-va 500? if yes how much will you sell it to me for?
also I need the remote too. it can be used. how much for either one or both? please help me out.

  6. @Cameron
the remote has been sold and so the satellite speakers, I still have the 2 towers (include the part you are looking for) and complete set of wires. I don’t know how to remove that part, I will sell the whole thing (2 towers and speaker wire set) for $15.00 + shipping, BTW is not a valid email address.

  7. Has anyone ever encountered a problem with this system for sound out of the rear speakers. I’ve gone through the manual and tried every setting, but i’m getting nothing out of the rear speakers, not even the test tone. I’ve three different sets of speakers of varying size, but no luck there either. Any ideas?

  8. Does the cooling fan run all the time or only when the unit gets warm. My fan has stopped but I tested the fan and it does work. Wonder it there is a fuse inside someplace. Any body help with this

  9. Please I need a remote and tower to tower speaker wire and I also had a question I connected some different speakers to the towers for the little ones amp or does it need special speakers you can text me at 1219 802-9910 and I also have some pioneers model number SP-FS51-LR brand new. I’m trying to sell ,amazon has them for $300 I’ll take $250 plus shipping

    1. I had this same issue where the audio will drop out and only the subs will play. Smacking it fixes my issue. But it’s getting worse and smacking no longer fixes lol. Did you find your solution? Somebody told me to try and put some fresh solder on the connection points to the input components on the circuit board.
